We've been doing this since 2012 out of a shop on Clearwater Drive. Our people are our neighbors. When we take on a project, we show up in the morning, we clean up in the evening, and we don't disappear when the drywall goes up.
We don't cost-plus. We don't subcontract the important parts. We don't pitch "vision" before we've sat on your couch. That's not how a home gets built.
